Very easy to read. It is a how to avoid purgatory help book. Basically it says to be nice, pray for those who are in purgatory, bear the hard times with dignity, follow God!s word, help each other and accept death as the gateway to the after-life. Life. On earth is never going to be easy, so roll with the punches and focus on the good works and words of Jesus. The book gives many hints on how to avoid purgatory. It is just amazing how simple it can be done, but it depends on one self to follow through with them. Most of us are good people but we do sin, so it be hooves us to be and do what is right and pray every day.
I was surprised of how little effort it takes to be a good follower of Jesus Chist. The more you do the more you fall in love with Jesus Christ. And last but not least , you realize how much you want to to get to heaven.
Nothing negative can be said about such an important and well-written book! This clear and concise book is about one of the most poorly understood truths of the Catholic Faith. If one out of every 100 people in the world read this and responded appropriately to the messages it delivers, most of the problems our world faces would probably be solved.
This book clearly demonstrates the depth and breadth of God's mercy for all his people. God loves us unconditionally as we are and not as we should be. Having said that, God's justice requires that we provide restitution for our sins either here on earth or in Purgatory. God gives us many ways in which we can reduce our penance or suffering in Purgatory. This wonderful book shows us the very practical means.
Every Catholic should read this book and follow no live out what it says. What you have to loose only Heaven. This is an orthodox practice with so much merit and benefits , just do it for the sake of your soul just do it.
This is valuable information for anyone who wants to help the souls in Purgatory. It is a win win. You help them and they will help you, and it's not as difficult as you might think.
I would recommend this book highly to all people who want to save their lives before death. Excellent book. Great book!!!!!
This book is thought provoking and good for the soul. There were things in this book I didn't even know about. I choose this book because I wanted to find out more about the Holy Souls and to help them. I am very happy I read this book. This book would be great for anyone. Thank you Father O'Sullivan.
